Impact




Chicken is a major food resource providing both meat and eggs as a major source of protein. Globally around 52 billion chickens are reared per year providing around 85 million tonnes of meat for consumption. NARF research and resources will be directed to protect this vital resource, improving bird health and welfare through world-leading research.
